2023 ANNUAL 🎹 RECITAL ANNOUNCEMENT & GUIDELINES 🌟🏆 🌟 🏆🌟

Updated: Oct 28, 2023

Dear Parents, Guardians & Students, It’s RECITAL TIME once again!!!

We would like to thank you all for your continued dedication to music education.  Our Recital event is almost here. We are so excited to celebrate our talented Students and their achievements this coming winter.

We will be broadcasting our virtual  (prerecorded) piano recital on Tuesday, December 5th at 7:00pm (the date and time might be prone to adjustment).  The performance will be held and streamed on the YouTube platform. Everyone could be participating in the live chat during the premiere. The YouTube link to our coming Recital will be posted in the members’s group chat, facebook page, and website closer to the date (preferably a day before).

The average length of the Recital is 80-90 minutes.

Here are examples of our past recitals (dress code & camera setup):

‼️ Video recording due by October 31st, 2023.

‼️

The Recital Fee is required for EACH performer and is based on the student’s Recital Group classification. The fee is non-refundable. Payment will be made at any time from Nov 5-10th (deadline). The fee amount will be announced close to the date.

The recital fee covers the trophies, trophies engraving, bags, video tech, and event organization.

Locals can pick their Awards-Recital trophies and gifts during their lesson time the following week after the recital.

If you would like your awards shipped directly to you, a separate shipping fee would be

required. The fee will depend on your location.

Daily practice is essential. To make great progress, regular quality practice is necessary. Students are expected to practice daily from 25 to 90+ minutes a day, depending on their level and the number of pieces they are studying. No student may perform publicly without the prior knowledge and approval of the teacher.

Eliminate background noises🗣🚫.

Please, NO loud talking or running around during the recording of the Performance. A quiet environment is essential for the student to focus on the Performance.

Be sure ALL mobile/cell phones, pagers, beepers, digital watches, and the like are OFF. It is distracting to both the performer and the listener.

❗️

Please record your Performance in THREE short videos:

You can easily send me your best performances through text message if they don’t exceed 4 minutes or share through WhatsApp.

If the Recital recordings you sent to the teacher won’t match the Performance Standards you’ll be asked to re-record them.

❗️

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
